Lok Adalat and after due deliberations, the Lok Adalat passed

common award in both the matters on 14.12.2024 as per the

terms agreed upon by the parties. The original award dated

14.12.2024 is filed before this Court and the same is taken on

record.

2. Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A and Cross Objections are

disposed of in terms of the award dated 14.12.2024 by the Lok

Adalat.
