Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration

and Urban Development and Sri Mahesh Raje, learned Government

Pleader for Home.

3. Learned Government Pleaders appearing for the

respondents, inform that against the common order dated

05.01.2024 passed in W.P.Nos.221 and 259 of 2024, appeals in

W.A.Nos.1342 and 1450 of 2024 were filed, which came to be

dismissed on 29.11.2024 and 02.01.2025 respectively.

4. A perusal of order passed in W.A.No.1342 of 2024 shows

that it was arising out of common order dated 05.01.2024 passed

in WP.No.220 of 2024 and batch by learned Single Judge and the

said appeal is dismissed. The same common order is subject matter

of challenge in the present Writ Appeal also. Thus, this appeal

must receive the same fate.

5. In view of order passed in W.A.No.1342 of 2024 and

similarly, another W.A.No.1384 of 2024 filed against the common

order passed in WP.No.223 of 2024 which was also dismissed, this

Appeal is also dismissed. No order as to costs.

Interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall also stand

closed.
