CRIMINAL PETITION No.5326 OF 2022
O R D E R:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused
No.4 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.291
of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Judicial Magistrate of
First Class, at Warangal (for short, "the trial Court").
2. Heard Mr.A.Sharat Chandra, learned counsel for the
petitioner and Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor
appearing for respondent No.1-State.
3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, by filing the copy of
e-Courts proceedings, submits that both the parties have
compromised the matter before Lok Adalat vide judgment dated
30.12.2023 in C.C.No.291 of 2022. Therefore, he submits that no
further orders are required in this Criminal Petition and seeks to
dismiss this Criminal Petition as infructuous.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes to the said
request.
5. Recording the submissions of both the learned counsel and
upon taking the copy of e-Courts proceedings onto the file, this
Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
