         CRIMINAL PETITION No.3993 OF 2022

O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking

to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.159 of 2021

on the file of the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate at

Asifabad (for short, "the trial Court").

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioners. Heard

Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for

respondent No.1-State.

3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, by filing a copy of

the letter, dated 18.02.2025, submits that C.C.No.159 of

2021 has ended up in acquittal vide judgment dated

20.12.2024 on the file of the learned Principal Judicial First

Class Magistrate at Asifabad, and no further orders are

required in this Criminal Petition. Therefore, he seeks to

dismiss this Criminal Petition as infructuous.

4. Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Public

Prosecutor and taking the copy of the letter, dated

18.02.2025, onto the file, this Criminal Petition is dismissed

as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand

closed.
