            CITY CIVIL COURT APPEAL No.36 of 2002

ORDER:

This appeal is filed by the appellant - defendant No.2 aggrieved by the

decree and judgment dated 07.09.2001 in O.S.No.1274 of 1994 on the file of the

V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 27.01.2025, there was no

representation by the learned counsel for the appellant. Accordingly, the matter

was directed to be posted to 03.02.2025 under the caption 'for dismissal.' Even

today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation by

the learned counsel for the appellant.

3. Considering that the appeal is of the year 2002 and appellant is

not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter, the appeal is dismissed

for non-prosecution. The interim orders passed by this Court on 25.02.2002

stands vacated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending in this petition

if any, shall stand closed.
