Counsel for Osmania University, appears for the appellant.
Learned counsel Ms. K.Udaya Sri, representing
learned counsel Sri Sai Prasen Gundavaram, appears for
respondents No.1 to 5/writ petitioners.
Sri Santhapur Satyanarayana Rao, learned
Government Pleader for Services-I, appears for respondents
No.6 and 7.
2. Pursuant to the impugned judgment dated
30.04.2025 passed in W.P.No.27590 of 2022, a speaking
order, dated 23.10.2025, has been passed rejecting the
claim of respondents No.1 to 5/writ petitioners for
regularisation.
3. Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 5/writ
petitioners, therefore, submits that the writ appeal has
been rendered infructuous and respondents No.1 to 5/writ
petitioners are contemplating to challenge the speaking
order in an independent proceedings.
4. Learned Government Pleader for respondents No.6
and 7 has also produced a copy of the speaking order
dated 23.10.2025 rejecting the claim of respondents No.1
to 5/writ petitioners.
5. In that view of the matter, the instant writ appeal is
disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to
costs.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall
stand closed.
