                 APPEAL SUIT No.3091 of 2004


ORDER:

Challenging the judgment and decree dated 26.07.2003

passed in O.S.No.21 of 1992 by the learned Senior Civil

Judge, Peddapalli, Karimnagar District, the present appeal

suit is filed.

2. Heard Sri Aka Venkataramana, learned Standing

Counsel for FCI appearing on behalf of the appellant.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for the appellant submitted a

letter, vide reference No.RMG/LEGAL/AS - 3091 of 2004/181,

dated 31.07.2025 before the open Bench, seeking permission

of this Court to withdraw the Appeal Suit, stating that the

appellants are ready and willing to pay the amounts as per the

judgment and decree in O.S. No.21 of 1992 by the end of

August 2025, after deducting the amounts already deposited

pursuant to the interim orders of this Court.

4. Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

5. In the light of the submissions made by the learned

Standing Counsel for the appellant and a perusal of the letter

dated 31.07.2025, vide reference No.RMG/LEGAL/AS - 3091

of 2004/181, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any, shall stand

closed.
