COMMON ORDER:

Since the lis in these Writ Petitions is one and the same,

these Writ Petitions are being heard together and are disposed of

by way of this common order.

2. Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not regularizing

the petitioners' services retrospectively on competition of five years

in terms of G.O.Ms.No.212, Finance & Planning (FW.PC.III)

Department, dated 22.04.1994, these Writ Petitions are filed.

3. Heard Sri A.Malhar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners

and learned Government Pleader for Services-III appearing for the

respondents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lis in

these Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the adjudication of this

Court in its order, dated 21.03.2024 in W.P.No.7521 of 2024 and

requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ

Petitions also. The same is not seriously disputed by learned

Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

5. Having regard to the above submissions and for the reasons

alike in the W.P.No.7521 of 2024, these Writ Petitions are disposed PK,J Wp_20871 & 21959_2025

of permitting the petitioners to submit representation/s to the

respondents redressing their grievance within a period of one (1)

week from today. Upon receipt of such representation/s, the

respondents are directed to consider the same, in the light of the

judgment, dated 01.02.2024, passed by a Division Bench of this

Court in W.A.No.71 of 2024 and pass appropriate orders thereon,

strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible,

preferably within a period of six (06) weeks thereafter and

communicate a copy thereof to the petitioners. There shall be no

order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
