COMMON JUDGMENT (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Sujoy Paul):
Sri Jalli Kanakaiah, learned counsel represents Sri Jalli
Narendar, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri M. Pratheek
Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.1.
2. With the consent, finally heard.
3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the
appellant submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this
appeal with liberty to the appellant to file applications for
impleadment and for vacate stay of the impugned order dated
04.03.2025 before the learned Single Judge. He further prayed
that learned Single Judge may be requested to take up those
applications before ensuing summer vacation.
4. The other side has no objection.
5. Accordingly, the I.As. and the Writ Appeal are dismissed
as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for to file such
applications. In the interest of justice, it is requested that in the
event of filing of such applications by the appellant by
21.04.2025, learned Single Judge may consider those
applications before the commencement of summer vacation,
2025. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any
opinion on merits of the case. No costs.
Interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall also
stand closed.
