SECOND APPEAL Nos.74 and 135 OF 2019
O R D E R:
The second appeal is filed aggrieved by the judgment
and decree passed in A.S.No.53 of 2015 by the I Additional
Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, dated
20.12.2018, modifying the judgment and decree dated
06.10.2015 in O.S.No.359 of 2011 on the file of III Senior
Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.
2. On 25.03.2025, when the matter was called, learned
counsel for appellants and respondents submitted that
both parties are willing to compromise the matter. In view
of the request, this Court had directed the parties and
counsels to be present before High Court Legal Services
Committee for identification.
3. Pursuant to the direction, the Secretary, High Court
Legal Services Committee, in report dated 27.03.2025
stated that parties have been identified and they willfully
and without any coercion entered into the compromise.

4. In view of the report dated 29.03.2025 and Joint
Memo filed along with I.A.No.1 of 2025, this Court is of the
opinion that no further orders need to be passed.
5. With the above observation, both Second Appeals are
closed.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall
stand closed.
