No one appears for the appellant.

2. This is the second consecutive date when the appellant is not

represented.

3. We deem it fit to dispose of the present Appeal in terms of the

Lok Adalat Award dated 08.03.2025.

4. M.A.C.M.A.No.1641 of 2016, along with all connected

applications, is accordingly disposed of. Interim orders, if any, shall

stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
