No one appears for the appellant.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 7

submits that the present Appeal may be disposed of in terms of the

Lok Adalat Award dated 08.03.2025.

3. M.A.C.M.A.No.1391 of 2024, along with all connected

applications, is accordingly disposed of. Interim orders, if any, shall

stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
