     These petitions coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition
and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri.
Silomkoti Siva Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner in both petitions
and of Sri M.R. Harsha, Advocate for the Respondent in both
petitions, the Court made the following
ORDER:

"Heard both the counsel.

In view of the submissions made by the counsel on either side, elaborate re hearing is necessary. Hence list the appeal on 8.6.2011.

As agreed by both the counsel, the parties shall maintain status quo with regard to the properties."
