ORDER:

Heard Mrs. Pushpender Kaur, learned counsel

appearing on behalf of petitioners and Mr.K.L.N.

Raghavender Reddy, leaned Standing Counsel for

Central Government, appearing on behalf of respondent

Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr.T.Ram Prasad, learned Government

Pleader, appearing on behalf of respondent No.3.

2. The Petitioners approached the Court seeking prayer as

under:

"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare that the order passed in OC No. 1942 of 2023 in PAO No. 07 of 2023 dt. 31.03.2023 in ECIR/HYZO/47/2022 before the Adjudicating Authority (Under Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2022) New Delhi, Dt. 21.08.2023, is without Jurisdiction and also as illegal arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice, against the Provisions of PMLA Act and against the settled principles of law and consequently set aside the same by directing the respondents to release the amounts to the tune of Rs.18,63,55,529/-attached under the PAO No. 07 of 2023 dt. 31.03.2023and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of the justice.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of

petitioners places on record the Judgment of the

Division Bench of the High Court at Hyderabad dated

12.02.2024 passed in W.A.No.611 of 2023 and contends

that in view of the Division Bench Judgment of this

Court passed in W.A. No.611 of 2023, dated

12.02.2024, the present writ petition may be closed

giving liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate

remedies as are available under law.

4. Taking into consideration the above said submission

made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners and, duly

bringing the said submission on record, the present

W.P.No.25476 of 2023 is closed. However, there shall be no

order as to costs.

5. The interim order granted by this Court on 13.09.2023

in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.25476 of 2023, shall stand

vacated.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
