             WRIT PETITION No.27083 of 2023

ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed questioning the

inaction of the respondents in registering First Information

Report on the petitioner's complaint, dated 12.09.2023.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that respondent No.6-

M/s. Sahiti Infratech Ventures India Pvt. Ltd., has

advertised to sell residential flats in Sahiti's Sitara

Commercial Project at Rolling Hills, Gachibowli in Sy.No.32,

Gachibowli Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy

District and collected amounts from him. As respondent

Nos.6 to 10 failed to deliver the flats as per the terms of the

agreement, the petitioner and other similarly situated

persons have filed various complaints against them. As the

police authorities failed to register the F.I.Rs., a batch of

Writ Petitions came to be filed before this Court vide

W.P.No.45620 of 2022 and batch. This Court, vide

common order, dated 29.12.2022 has disposed of the said

batch of writ petition, and the same was confirmed by a

Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.80 of 2023 and

CVBR, J Wp_27083_2023

batch vide judgment dated 10.02.2023. Therefore, the

petitioner prayed this Court to pass similar order in the

present writ petition also.

3. The above position is not disputed by the learned

Assistant Government Pleader for Home and he fairly

conceded for passing similar order in the present writ

petitions also.

4. In view of the above, the present writ petition is

disposed of directing the respondents-police to register the

complaint, dated 12.09.2023 in connection with Sahiti

Infratech Ventures India Private Limited and transfer the

F.I.R. to Central Crime Station, Detective Department,

Hyderabad, for joint investigation to be conducted along

with Crime No.158 of 2022, dated 01.08.2022.

5. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the

miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
