hearing the arguments of Sri B.Vijaysen Reddy, Advocate for the Appellant, the Court

" The counsel for the appellant is not ready with the matter inspite of granting four adjournments at his request. Hence it shows that he is not evincing any interest in proceeding with the matter. Hence post the matter after two years. As the stay was already vacated, the respondent/plaintiff can execute the decree. Intimate this fact to the court below."
