JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Alok Aradhe)
Mr. K.V. Subrahmanya Narusu, learned counsel for the
appellant, submits that on account of efflux of time, the issue
involved in the appeal has been rendered academic.
2. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ appeal is
dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand
closed.
