                  APPEAL SUIT NO. 443 OF 2008

JUDGMENT:

Appellants/Plaintiffs have filed O.S.No.199 of 1998 on the file

of Senior Civil Judge, Warangal for Partition and the same was

dismissed, against which the plaintiffs therein preferred the present

Appeal Suit before this Court.

2. A perusal of the docket proceedings shows that the learned

counsel for the appellants is no more and accordingly, notice was

issued to the appellants and the same was returned with an

endorsement "addressee not found and send back to the sender".

No purpose would be served in continuing the Appeal Suit.

3. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed. No order as to

costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
