          Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.1000 of 2014


JUDGMENT:

The present appeal has been directed against the order

dated 17.10.2014 in O.A.No.845 of 2011 on the file

A.P.Endowments Tribunal at Hyderabad.

2. Learned counsel for both parties present.

3. A memo dated 19.09.2023 has been filed by the learned

counsel for the appellant stating that the parties have settled

the disputes among themselves, as such, the appellant does not

wish to proceed with the case and prayed to dispose of the

appeal.

4. In view of the memo filed by the appellant, the appeal is

disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand

closed.
