ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief:-

"...Writ of Mandamus or any other writ order or direction, to direct the Respondents to consider the case of the Petitioners for counting of past service rendered from the date of their initial appointment till date of regularisation of their services for the purpose of fixation of pension and other benefits by following Judgment of the Hon'ble Court in WP(Tr).No.4658/2017 dated 22/06/2023 and to declare the action of the Respondents in not doing the same is illegal arbitrary unconstitutional and void being violation of Arts.14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and to pass..."

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted

by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in the

present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this

Court dated 08.08.2023 in W.P.Nos.21222 & 21227 of 2023

and the same is not disputed by the learned Government

Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents.

3. In view of the same and for reasons alike, this Writ

Petition is disposed of at the admission stage in terms of the

order dated 08.08.2023 in W.P.Nos.21222 & 21227 of 2023,

directing the respondents to consider the representations of

the petitioners dated 08.12.2022 & 20.07.2023 and to pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously. There shall be no

order as to costs.

4. The office is directed to append a copy of the order

dated 08.08.2023 in W.P.Nos.21222 & 21227 of 2023 to this

Writ Petition.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ

Petition, shall stand closed.
