 SECOND APPEAL NOS. 212, 213, 214, 217, 218, AND

                        223 OF 2005

COMMON JUDGMENT:

     When these matters were taken up for hearing on

01.11.2019

it was brought to the notice of this Court by

Sri K.V. Raghuveer, learned counsel that Sri N.V.S. Gopal

Krishnamacharyulu, learned counsel for the appellants

died and his junior is representing the matters. It is

further informed that the parties are not in touch with him.

2. On 22.11.2022 there was no representation for the

appellants and the matters were posted for 'final hearing'

on 07.12.2022. On 28.08.2023 also there was no

representation on behalf of the appellants and the matters

were posted 'for dismissal'. It appears that there has been

no representation on behalf of the appellants since long

time in all these batch appeals and no purpose would be

served if the appeals are pending since these appeals had

been filed way back in the year 2005.

3. In view of the above facts and circumstances, no

purpose would be served in continuing this batch of

Second Appeals.

4. Accordingly, all the above Second Appeals are

dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall

stand closed.
