                    SECOND APPEAL No.9 of 2010

JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the appellant against the judgment dated

20.04.2009 passed in A.S. No.511 of 2007 by the learned

III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, confirming the

judgment and decree dated 20.06.2007 passed in O.S. No.2014 of 2003 by

the learned VIII Senior Civil Judge (FTC), City Civil Courts, Hyderabad.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 24.08.2023, there

was no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant as well as the

learned counsel for the respondents. Hence, the matter was directed to be

posted to 13.09.2023. Even today also, there is no representation by the

learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned counsel for the

respondents, though the matter is posted for dismissal.

3. Hence, the second appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
