ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, the petitioners are seeking a

direction to the respondents to consider their representations

dated 26.06.2023, 05.07.2023 and 01.08.2023 for

appointment to the post of Multi Purpose Health Assistants in

terms of the Judgments of this Court in W.V.M.P.No.2120 of

2015 in W.P.No.3178 of 2014.

2. Learned Government Pleader for Services II is also

heard on behalf of the respondents.

3. Having regard to the fact that the petitioners have

made the representations dated 26.06.2023, 05.07.2023 and

01.08.2023 and the same are yet to be considered by the

respondents, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the

respondents to consider the same and pass appropriate

orders thereon, within a period of four (04) weeks from the

date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There

shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also

stand closed.
