                         WRIT PETITION No.13484 OF 2010
ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed for the following relief: "....to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing order of appointment to petitioner as JLM, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to issue order of appointment to petitioner pursuant to the judgment rendered by this Hon'ble Court in W.A. No.1434 of 2008 and batch dated 10.11.2009 w.e.f. the date and which others were given the orders of appointment, duly granting all other consequential benefits ...."

2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri Zakir Ali

Danish, learned Standing Counsel for TSNPDCL submits that they have

filed additional counter-affidavit wherein, it is stated that in view of the

interim order granted by this Court on 16.06.2010, the petitioner was

absorbed in the respondent organization as Artisan Grade-II vide Memo

No.CE/WGL-Zone/AS/PO-II/F.No.19/D.No.1329/17, dated 29.07.2017

and he is continuing in service. In view thereof, no further orders are

necessary to be passed, and the writ petition may be dismissed.

3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to

approach this Court if his client is not satisfied with the proceedings issued

by the respondent organization, as he was absorbed as Artisan Grade-II

instead of Junior Linemen.

4. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is closed granting

liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court at a later point of time in

case he is not satisfied with the proceedings issued by the respondent

organization. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ

Petition shall stand closed.
