                         APPEAL SUIT No.256 of 2019

JUDGMENT:

This Appeal Suit is filed by the appellant-plaintiff aggrieved by

the judgment and decree dated 07.12.2018 passed in O.S.No.885 of 2016

on the file of the VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy

District at L.B. Nagar.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 17.08.2023, there is no

representation by the learned counsel for the appellant. The matter was

posted to 01.09.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also,

there is no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant though

the matter is posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. It appears that the

appellant is not evincing any interest in proceeding with the matter.

3. In the result, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No

costs.
