JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Alok Aradhe)
Mr. Gadi Praveen Kumar, learned Deputy Solicitor
General of India for the appellants.
Mr. K. Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the
respondent.
2. This intra court appeal has been filed against an
interim order dated 18.08.2023 passed in W.P.No.22547 of
2023 by the learned Single Judge by which order dated
16.08.2023 passed by the South Central Railways attaching
the parcel van for a period from 16.08.2023 to 30.08.2023
has been stayed.
3. Learned Deputy Solicitor General of India appearing for
the appellants fairly submitted that since the period has
already expired on 30.08.2023, the appellants be granted
liberty to file an appropriate application before the learned
Single Judge.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ appeal is
disposed of with liberty to the appellants to file an
appropriate application before the learned Single Judge.
Needless to state that if such an application is filed the same
shall be decided expeditiously by the learned Single Judge.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand
closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
