        CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3250 OF 2015

O R D E R:

The present Criminal Revision Case is filed seeking to set

aside the judgment dated 18.12.2014 in Criminal Appeal No.150

of 2014 on the file of the learned V Additional Metropolitan

Sessions Judge-cum-V Additional District & Sessions Judge,

Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad in confirming the

judgment dated 31.01.2014 in C.C.No.190 of 2012 (old

C.C.No.933 of 2012).

2. Heard Mr. M. Vijay Kumar Goud, learned counsel for the

petitioner and Mr. Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant Public

Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, by furnishing the copy of

the death certificate of the petitioner dated 11.10.2023 issued by

the Registrar (Birth & Death), Grama Panchayat Kovuru

submitted that the petitioner died and the same was also brought

to the notice of the learned counsel appearing for respondent

No.1. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Revision as abated.

4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor takes no objection to

the same.

5. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel

for the petitioner and upon perusing the death certificate of the

petitioner, this Court is inclined to dismiss the Criminal Revision

Case as abated.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
