JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Alok Aradhe)

Mr. T. Krishna Kumar, learned counsel, appears on behalf of

Mr.G.V.S. Ganesh, learned counsel for the appellant.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo seeking

leave of this Court to withdraw the appeal on the ground that

the dispute has been amicably resolved between the parties.

The aforesaid memo is taken on record.

3. In the result, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall be no order as to costs.
