COMMON JUDGMENT :
The issue raised in these matters is covered by the order dt.29-
04-2019 in C.M.A.No.193 of 2019 and batch, wherein this Court had
refused to condone the delay of more than 600 days in filing appeals
against the common order dt.10-03-2017 passed by the Railways
Claim Tribunal, Secunderabad.
2. For the reasons alike, I.As.No.1 of 2019 in these C.M.As. are
also dismissed. Consequently, the C.M.As. are also dismissed. No
costs.
3. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall
stand closed.
