appellants.

for Revenue for respondents No.1 and 2.
Mr. V.V.Ramana, learned counsel for respondent
No.12.
2. This intra Court appeal is filed against the common
order dated 10.06.2016 passed in W.P.No.21873 of 2007
by which the writ petition preferred by respondents No.11
and 12 has been allowed and the order dated 10.07.2007
passed by the Joint Collector has been set aside.
3. By the aforesaid common order, W.P.No.21627 of
2008 has also been decided by the learned Single Judge,
against which W.A.No.796 of 2016 has been preferred.
4. This Court, by a detailed judgment dated 18.10.2023,
has set aside the order passed by the Joint Collector dated
10.07.2007 and has remitted the matter to the Joint
Collector for a fresh decision in accordance with law.
5. Therefore, for the reasons assigned in the judgment
dated 18.10.2023 passed in W.A.No.796 of 2016, this writ
appeal is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid
judgment.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall
stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
