                              Writ Appeal No.1089 of 2010
JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Alok Aradhe)

        This intra court appeal has been filed against an order

dated 24.08.2010, passed by a learned Single Judge, by which writ

petition viz., W.P.No.1121 of 2010 has been disposed of in the

following terms:

            "Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing
            that it shall be open to the impleaded parties, who are
            assignees of the land in Survey Nos.463 and 474 of
            Mangalpally Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga
            Reddy District or their legal representative, to canvass
            their rights vis-à-vis the order, dated 23.03.1995,
            passed by the 2nd respondent.                   In case, such

proceedings are initiated within eight weeks from today, they shall be treated as having been presented within the period of limitation. Pending such exercise, no steps shall be taken for enforcement of the said orders. The interim order, dated 28.01.2010, is recalled. There shall be no order as to costs.

2. This appeal is pending before this Court since 2010 in which

no interim order has been passed. The proceedings initiated must ::2::

have been concluded. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication

in the Writ Appeal and the same is, accordingly, disposed of. No

costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand

closed.
