JUDGMENT:

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned

counsel appearing for the appellant/Insurance Company seeks

permission of this Court to withdraw the M.A.C.M.A.

2. Permission is accorded to withdraw the M.A.C.M.A.

3. Accordingly, the M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn.

No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall

stand closed.
