COMMON ORDER : (ORAL)
        Learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that subject matter

of this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment dated

09.08.2023

of this Court in W.P. No.21375 of 2023 and batch and the

same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for

Revenue, however, submitted that petitioner/s herein are legal heirs of

the member/s of the society but not the agreement holders as in the

common order.

2. Therefore, recording aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel,

following the judgment dated 09.08.2023 of this Court in W.P.

No.21375 of 2023 and batch, in terms thereof, these writ petitions are

disposed of at the stage of admission. The said common order shall be

made part of the record and a copy of the same shall be annexed to this

order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
