         Heard Mr. S.Sridhar, learned counsel for the appellant;

Mr. P.V.Krishnamachary, learned counsel for respondent No.1;

and Ms. Saman Aafreen, learned Assistant Government Pleader for

Revenue (Assignment & ULC) representing respondents No.2

and 3.

2. This intra court appeal has been filed against the order

dated 04.04.2007, passed by a learned Single Judge, by which writ

petition viz., W.P.No.7351 of 1999, preferred by respondent No.1,

has been disposed of.

3. Learned counsel for the parties have invited the attention of

this Court to the joint memo dated --.06.2021, filed on behalf of

the appellant and respondent No.1 and have submitted that the

dispute between the parties has been amicably settled. It is jointly

stated that the appellant has provided a job to respondent No.1 and

therefore, the grievance of respondent No.1 stands redressed.

4. Recording the aforesaid settlement between the parties, the

Writ Appeal is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand

closed.
