       THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH

                  C.C.C.A. No.236 of 2002

JUDGMENT:

This petition has come up for hearing on 05.09.2023,

when the matter was called, there was no representation

on behalf of the appellant, and therefore the matter was

directed to be listed today under the caption "for

Dismissal". Even today, when the matter is called, there is

no representation for the appellant. It seems that the

appellant is not interested to prosecute this case.

2. Accordingly, the CCCA is dismissed for Non-

prosecution/default. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any in this

appeal, shall stand closed.
