                     APPEAL SUIT No.52 of 2022

JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the appellant-plaintiff against the

judgment dated 18.11.2021 passed in O.S. No.83 of 2017 by the

learned I-Additional District & Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant filed letter dated 09.10.2023

before the Registry seeking to withdraw the appeal as the appellant is

intending to avail the alternative remedies available to him.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents is present.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn in view of

the letter filed by the appellant. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall

stand closed.
