                 WRIT PETITION No.15417 of 2022

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:

"...to issue a writ order or direction especially one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring that

a) The action of the respondents in issuing proceedings No. ES/SC/MA/VIKA/SCAS/0785 dated 28.12.2021 allotting the petitioner to Vikarabad District as illegal and arbitrary violating article 14 & 16 of the Constitution of India.

b) Declare that petitioner case shall be considered and special category as per judgment passed by this Hon'ble Court and accordingly petitioner is entitled to be allotted to Mahabubnagar District.

c) And pass..."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the

interim order of this Court dated 28.03.2022, the respondents have

considered and disposed of the application/statutory appeal of the

petitioner and accordingly, the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Learned Government Pleader for Services-I for the respondents, is

also heard.

4. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is closed with

liberty to challenge the said order, if the petitioner so chooses. There

shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
