JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Alok Aradhe)

Mr. Vedula Venkata Ramana, learned Senior Counsel

represents Mr. P. Sri Harsha Reddy, learned counsel for the

appellant.

Learned Senior Counsel for the appellant seeks leave of

this Court to withdraw the appeal on the ground that the order

against which the appeal was filed has been vacated by the

learned Single Judge.

In view of aforesaid submission, the appeal is dismissed

as withdrawn.
