JUDGMENT:

There was no representation from the petitioner on

06.09.2023, as such, the case was posted to 20.09.2023. On

20.09.2023 also, there was no representation, as such, the case

was directed to be listed under dismissal caption, and posted to

04.10.2023. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no

representation. It appears, the petitioner is not interested to

prosecute his case. Therefore, the Writ Petition is liable to be

dismissed for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-

prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
