COMMON JUDGMENT:

During the pendency of these appeals, the matters

were referred to the Lok Adalat, and the same were settled

before the Lok Adalat, vide Award dated 11.02.2023.

2. Accordingly, these MACMAs are disposed of, in

terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as

to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any,

pending, in this appeal shall stand closed.
