Mr. M.A.K. Mukheed, learned Standing Counsel for

respondent No.4-GHMC.

2. This intra court appeal has been filed against the order dated

03.10.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition

No.2990 of 2023. The aforesaid writ petition preferred by the

appellants seeking regularization of the land in their occupation has

been rejected on the ground that the land has been reserved for the

purpose of park.

3. Learned Senior Counsel for the appellants, after arguing the

matter to some extent, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the

writ appeal with liberty to file an application for review of the

impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge.

4. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with

liberty as aforesaid. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand

closed.
