JUDGMENT :

None appeared for the appellant, though today the

matter was listed under caption 'for dismissal'. On perusal of the

proceeding sheet, it depicts that this appeal pertains to the year

2018, however, the appellant is not evincing any interest to

proceed with the matter. Even on the previous dates of hearing

i.e., on 03.10.2023 and 31.10.2023, there was no representation.

Thus, it appears that the appellant is not interested to prosecute

the matter vigilantly and diligently anymore. Therefore, this appeal

is dismissed for non-prosecution.

2. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution.
