JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice N.V. Shravan Kumar)

Ms. M. Vidyavathi, learned counsel appears for the

appellant.

2. After arguing the matter for some time and when this

Court started dictating the order, the learned counsel for the

appellant sought leave of this Court to withdraw the Writ

Appeal with liberty to the appellant to approach the learned

Single Judge by way of filing a review application.

3. In view of aforesaid submission, the appeal is dismissed

as withdrawn with liberty as prayed above.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
