2. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave of this Court to
withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to file a civil suit.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ appeal is
dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. There shall be
no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand
closed.
