         Mr. T. Srikanth Reddy, learned Government Pleader for

Revenue Department (Stamps and Registration) for respondent

Nos.1 to 7.

Mr. H. Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for respondent Nos.8

to 13.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave of this Court to

withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to file a civil suit.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ appeal is

dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. There shall be

no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand

closed.
