THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.SAM KOSHY
AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.TUKARAMJI WRIT PETITION No.31281 OF 2023
JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice P.SAM KOSHY)
The present Writ Petition is filed assailing the order,
dated 31.10.2023 passed by the State Consumer Disputes
Redressal Commission of Telangana, at Hyderabad in
RP.No.54 of 2023.
2. The said revision petition was entertained under Section
47(1)(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
3. Taking into consideration the factual matrix as has been
reflected in the impugned order, and upon hearing the
learned counsel for the petitioner, we do not find any
substantial merits in the instant case for the Writ Court at
this juncture to interdict with the order passed either by the
State Commission which is under challenge herein, or the
order passed by the District Commission which is challenged
before the State Commission.
PSK,J & NTR,J W.P.No.31281 of 2023
4. Reserving the right of the petitioner to agitate before the
District Commission, where he would get all opportunities to
establish his case including the objections that he has now
raised in the present Writ Petition, the Writ Petition stands
dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending, if
any, shall stand closed.
