2. On due consideration of the same, we confirm the Award

dated 12.03.2022 passed by the Lok Adalat.

3. Accordingly, both the appeals stand disposed of in terms of

the said Award rendered by the High Court Legal Services

Committee. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall

stand closed.
