JUDGMENT :

None appeared for the appellants, though the matter

has been listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. On perusal

of the proceeding sheet, it depicts that even on the previous dates

of hearing i.e., on 13.09.2023, 04.10.2023 and 01.11.2023, there

was no representation for the appellants. Thus, it appears that the

appellants are not interested to prosecute the matter vigilantly

and diligently anymore. Therefore, this appeal is liable to be

dismissed for non-prosecution.

2. Resultantly, this appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution.
