       Mr. N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Senior Counsel,

representing Mr. N.Praveen Reddy, learned counsel for the

appellants.

       Mr.      P.Venu        Gopal,       learned          Senior   Counsel,

representing Mr. Dasari Krishna Reddy, learned counsel

for respondents No.2 to 9.

2. This intra court appeal has been filed by respondents

No.5 and 9 to 11 in the writ petition, namely W.P.No.3581

of 2016, against the order dated 20.12.2022 by which the

said writ petition preferred by the writ petitioners, who are

respondents No.1 to 9 herein, has been allowed with a

direction to the Joint Collector-II, the Special Grade Deputy

Collector & Revenue Divisional Officer and the Tahsildar to

consider the application dated 05.11.1993 submitted by

writ petitioner No.1 seeking to enter his name in the

revenue records.

3. For the reasons assigned in the judgment passed by

us today i.e., on 08.11.2023 in W.A.No.729 of 2023, this

writ appeal is also dismissed.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall

stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
