the same will be considered as expeditiously as possible.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant

Government Pleader for Revenue, the writ petition is disposed of

directing the respondents to conclude survey process pursuant to

Transaction ID:TTDER022300986470 dated 24.09.2023 within a

period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any,
