             WRIT PETITION No. 8432 of 2015

ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed seeking the following

relief:-

"to issue any writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declare the orders of the Joint Collector cum District Magistrate, Khammam, Khammam District in MC No.389 of 2012 dated 08.07.2013 confiscation of 100% seized stocks and fine of Rs.44,142/- on the lorry bearing No.AP 20B 5662 is confirmed by the Hon'ble District Judge in CrI.A.No. 90 of 2013 dated 05.01.2015 is null and void".

2. Heard Sri V.H.V.R.R.Swamy, learned counsel for

the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for

Civil Supplies appearing on behalf of respondents.

3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for

the petitioners fairly submits that the issue raised in this Writ

Petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in

W.P.No.40429 of 2017 and batch dated 02.12.2020 and the

same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government

Pleader for Civil Supplies.

4. In view of the above, following the aforesaid

judgment of this Court in W.P.No.40429 of 2017 and batch,

dt 02.12.2020, in terms thereof, the writ petition is allowed.

No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand

closed.
